Hi, doing work on a laptop and I need to reformat it to it's origonal 'from the factory' operating system. It has a sticker on the bottom that says: Windows Vista Home Premium OEMAct' I just need the link so don't waste your time posting information on how to help me 'know how' to make the file into a boot disc. I have a Product Key here on this sticker but no disc. Could someone please help me with a link to download the.ISO file so I may make a boot disc and delete everything so I may make it all 'new' again?

I replaced the hard drive in a friend's Sony Vaio Laptop (Model VGN NW240F) and am trying to install Windows 7. Unfortunately she did not create any restore discs so I'm using a Windows 7 OEM disc and the laptop's OEM key. Unfortunately I've run into the common problem where the installation hangs up at 'Completed Installation.' I did a google search and found a bunch of solutions, but none of them worked for me. The BIOS is very basic and there are no updates from Sony, so I'm unable to disable USB drivers or make sure the HD controller is on ACHI (common solutions that have worked for others). There are no peripherals plugged into the laptop at all. I've been unable to do anything with it since I can't get past this issue.
